We are very excited to share with you one of our newest estates located in beautiful Santa Ynez named the Casa Corinna.  Santa Ynez is located about 40 miles north of sunny Santa Barbara and is famous the world over for its exquisite wineries.  Casa Corinna is a charming cottage-like estate with views of surrounding vineyards with luscious rose bushes and sculpted trees surrounding the property. The estate is both reminiscent of the whimsical tales of the Secret Garden and warmth of a Spanish hacienda, with intricately laid tile of stone and terracotta.  As you wander past the vine covered estate and walk through the white door frame (complete with picket fence) into the backyard, you will discover the breathtaking vineyard view and the perfectly manicured garden. The estate features an outdoor stonework fireplace as well as an outdoor living room space and patios.  The Casa Corinna is the ideal place to practice your backstroke, heal that pesky case of writers block, or host your guests for a night of charm under the stars of the Santa Ynez wine country.

Call them “Away Days”, “Off Site Meetings”, or the usual “Corporate Retreat”, nearly every member of the United States business world has a personal opinion on the topic. While there might be those that prefer sipping on cold coffee and hammering out the details of their next company move, we tend to cater toward individuals who see these weekend opportunities as exactly that, an opportunity. Estate Weddings and Events views corporate retreats as a day or two out of the office to experience the joy of a job well done, lunch with an unknown coworker, or simply a moment or two smiling amongst office pals in the California sun.

Rather than cram your employees into a drafty and poorly-lit hotel reception hall, treat your remarkable staff to the comforts of an expansive mansion in Orange County, a Balinisian-inspired property in Sonoma’s wine country, or the breathtaking view of a Santa Barbara escape. Rest assured knowing there will be plenty of space for meetings and business discussions as well as lush green lawn areas for a picnic-themed luncheon or afternoon croquet to set a jubilant tone. Estate Weddings and Events will be happy to create a medley of proposals to let you know all of the possibilities available to you at a private venue. From projection screens to gift baskets, we do it all!

The charming Abbey Estate was the perfect destination for Lauren and Alfred’s eclectic chic wedding. The wedding’s landscape was juxtaposed with  the estate’s traditional beauty, the amazing views of the Pacific, and the estate’s lush surroundings. A string quartet greeted the guests upon their arrival at the estate as the wedding party and their guests gathered for cocktail hour in front of the architectural column pillars and over-looking balcony. The couple’s 250 guests dined under the stars and glowing market lighting, while enjoying a Irish & Southern fusion menu, bringing the couple’s heritages to their guests plates.  Vibrant violet and white orchids were displayed as exquisite centerpieces, while charming white lanterns framed the pool and hung over the heads of the bridal party. The pool resembled a shimmering “runway” gleaming in the center of the dining area, while the warm Santa Ana breezes rustled through the trees. Lauren & Alfred’s wedding was a dream come true, and we were so honored to be a part of their beautiful day!
