Nearly a week has passed since the global population celebrated Earth Day. One of our favorite holidays here at Estate Weddings and Events, we can’t help but be overjoyed with the mass amount of love this great planet of ours has been getting! The property is situated amongst a lush backdrop of forestry, the beautiful Los Angeles Skyline and also happens to be LEED gold certified.

LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system,  providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.” – U.S. Green Building Council

Enjoy a relaxing weekend by the pool, and rest easy knowing your vacation rental is doing more for the environment than you ever thought possible! The venue is complete with solar panels, denim insulation, fully recycled steel, an Energy Star kitchen and home appliances built with nontoxic Low VOC materials. Available for weekends, weddings and festivities of all kinds, the only footprint your event will leave are those of your dancing guests!
