Happy birthday to E.W.E!  We are very excited to announce that we have officially launched our new Estate Weddings and Events website just in time for our fourth birthday!

Not only is the site more user friendly and visually appealing, we have added a lot of exciting new features.  Estate Weddings and Events is now not only a source for exclusive estate locations, but is now a resource tool for private estate rentals including new blogs, noteworthy events, and the option to search for estate locations.

This past summer, we were pleased to work with Sophia Caramanoff of Les Belles Affaires on a fantastic styled wedding photo shoot. The shoot’s magenta and orange color scheme was a brilliant contrast to the lush gardens on the property. The photos, by Beeca Rillo Photography, were chosen as the cover for the online magazine, “Inspire A Bride” and will also be featured on Green Wedding Shoes.

Just a short walk from one of Montecito’s beaches  is our tropical paradise, the Butterfly Lane Estate. Guilty Pleasures. We all have them. The women of Estate Weddings and Events are no exception. While we spend the vast majority of our sunny San Diego afternoons cooing over various themed weddings or birthday bonanzas, we can’t help but get caught up in the excitement of a good wedding show. (Any doctors out there watching Grey’s Anatomy?) So you can imagine our excitement when WeTV approached us about featuring one of our estates on their latest episode of My Fair Weddings. If that wasn’t enough, our school girl giggles rapidly succeeded into full blown grins when we were informed the theme would be The Wizard of Oz.

The Ranch House located in Moorpark was instantly transformed into an emerald and golden wonderland with a little help from a few amazing vendors in the area. Featured here, the couple skipped down their dream aisle adorned with a yellow brick road from the Original Runner Company and alongside glowing yellow floral arrangements by the  Los Angeles School of Flower Design. In perfect complement to the decorations of the evening, Blue Print Studios supplied the event with infinity chairs and farm tables for guests to lounge upon while marveling at the beauty displayed before them. The eyes and stomachs of every individual in attendance were kept busy and satiated by the Los Angeles based catering company, Maison Catering perfectly complimenting the ornate invitations designed and created by RSVP to Me.

Delight in the youthful yet everlasting ceremony and reception of Jaime and David. And remember, next time you require a spectacular venue unlike any other, “there’s no place like home”… Or should we say estate?
