Executive Director
A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in hospitality, veteran Executive Director Jamie Ehrsam entered the industry eight years ago as a wedding and event coordinator. She found many beautiful Southern California event venues, but quickly realized there were few luxurious, exclusive sites that would impose no time limits, tourists or traditional banquet hall constraints. An idea was born literally in her own backyard. An abundance of amazing private homes and estates would provide ideal settings for the exclusive events Jamie had envisioned. With her love of people and providing outstanding service, Estate Weddings and Events has flourished and provided Jamie with the perfect creative outlet!
Ashley Gregory
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Ashley Gregory is focused on all things events, handling both day-to-day company logistics, as well as event design and coordination. With her large dance background and a degree in Film & Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Ashley has a unique creative perspective and a passion for expressing a unique artistic vision for each event. Since joining the Estate Weddings and Events team, she has also designed and constructed custom event décor and details, such as elaborate feather chandeliers and custom designed seating chart arrangements, incorporating her unique style into EWE’s event details.
Julia Maushart
Director of Corporate Events
For the last five years Julia Maushart, Director of Corporate Events, has made a career out of making people’s visions come to life. While her experience includes weddings and various social events, her passion is in corporate event planning. She prides herself in helping companies find the ideal venue for their ideal meeting, reception or celebratory getaway. Whether it’s a holiday party to thank associates for a year well done or a incentive trip for the top players, Julia and Estate Event Group will make it happen!
Willa Kroll
Assistant Event Coordinator
Willa Kroll, a woman captivated by all things floral, the calming effects of pink and ivory, and the romantic subtlety of a smile, serendipitously found her position at Estate Weddings and Events after a few occupational misadventures. Working in both retail and marketing for a number of years, she realized it wasn’t the product she was selling that kept her laughing throughout the day, but being in constant communication with the kindness of customers. As Assistant Events Coordinator, Willa has found the joy experienced in pleasant conversation and adoring the aesthetics of a “green” wedding blog, really can coincide in the work place. She provides more than enough enthusiasm and encouragement needed to answer any and all questions you may have in order to bring your perfect corporate event or dream wedding to life!
